Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing Shiva Corbett Travels for your adventure in Jim Corbett National Park. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience. However, we understand that plans may change and you may need to cancel or modify your bookings. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy below to understand our procedures and guidelines:

Reservation and Payment:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive full payment (50%) in advance for the tour or service.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards and online payment gateways. Please refer to our website for available payment options.
 

Cancellation by Customer:

  1. Cancellation Fees: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or through our website’s cancellation request form. The following cancellation fees will apply:
    * More than [15 days] before the tour or service date, [33%] of the total booking cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
    * [15 days] or less before the tour or service date: No refund will be provided.
  2. No Shows: If you fail to join the tour or avail of the service on the specified date and time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  3. Partial Cancellation: In the case of a partial cancellation (reduction in the number of participants), the cancellation fees will be applicable based on the number of participants canceled.
  4. Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as permits, entry fees, or accommodation reservations, may be non-refundable. In such cases, the full cost of these services will be deducted from the refund amount.
 

Cancellation by ShivaCorbettTravel:

  1. Tour Modifications: In certain situations, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel a tour for your safety. If this occurs, we will provide alternative options or offer a full refund.
  2. Insufficient Participation: Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum threshold is not met, we may cancel the tour and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
  3. Force Majeure: Shiva Corbett Travels will not be held accountable for any cancellations or delays resulting from events outside of our control, such as but not limited to weather-related events, terrorist attacks, political unrest, or governmental regulations.

Refund Process:

  1. Refund Timeline: Upon cancellation and verification of eligibility, we will process the refund within [X5] business days using the original payment method.
